NVIDIA announces a major evolution of its developer tools: ACE, its suite of technologies for digital characters, now supports the model Qwen3-8B SLM in execution on-deviceAn integration that allows games to use generative AI locally and in real time to bring to life NPCs capable of reacting dynamically and without scripting.
This update includes improvements to the IGI (In-Game Inferencing) plugin, notably:
- multilingual support for Magpie TTS Flow,
- taking control of MultiLoRA,
- optimization CUDA + Vulkan to make rendering and AI coexist,
- and a new example dedicated to function calling.
At the same time, NVIDIA releases the version 5.6.1 of the RTX Branch of Unreal Enginewith a new tech demo called Bonsai Diorama, designed to showcase the combined integration of RTX Mega Geometry, ReSTIR PT and DLSS 4.
