Astragon Entertainment and Aesir Interactive have just published The Mission Update, the 20th free update of Police Simulator: Patrol Officersaccompanied by a new paid DLC: the Vanguard Police VehicleA robust pickup truck available in two versions. All available now on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, while the Switch version remains unchanged.
New calls to vary interventions
With this update, patrols become more intense thanks to three new types of calls:
• Vandalism
Responding to damage, collecting evidence, analyzing surveillance cameras and identifying suspects.
• Vagrance
Managing the illegal use of public space (begging, wild camping, squatting) by finding a balance between empathy and maintaining order.
• Domestic Incidents
Dealing with domestic disputes and situations of family violence, with more delicate intervention work.
New investigative tool: CCTV
The update introduces access to video archives directly from crime scenesThis CCTV system improves investigations of all types of incidents: recovering images, identifying a suspect, reconstructing a leak… a real plus for investigations.
A new vehicle: the Vanguard pickup truck
To accompany this update, a paid DLC adds the Vanguard Police Vehicle, an imposing pickup truck designed for heavy-duty patrols.
The DLC includes two variants :
- hardtop version
- open version.
