Escape Simulator 2: a new adventure at the heart of escape

Pine Studio, the talented Croatian developer behind one of the most popular escape games, has just announced Escape Simulator 2, the highly anticipated sequel to his best-selling novel. Coming to Steam, this new installment promises an even more immersive experience for 1 to 8 players, with more complex puzzles and more detailed environments, designed in collaboration with escape room experts and prominent members of the first game's community.

A dive into captivating mysteries

In Escape Simulator 2, players will explore fascinating and mysterious locations to solve puzzles and uncover secrets. Among the announced themes, you will discover:

  • The fate of a spaceship in distress,
  • The mysteries of Count Dracula's castle,
  • The hidden location of a cursed pirate treasure.

These new environments, rich in detail and interactivity, promise to immerse puzzle fans in new stories.

Major technical improvements

Boris Barbir, co-founder of Pine Studio, explained: “A sequel gives us the opportunity to push the boundaries of the genre. We explored darker themes, and experimented with new gameplay and puzzle mechanics. However, this is not a horror game: no jump scares or gore, just a mysterious and immersive atmosphere.”
