Once again, podcast # 10 published today by Giants Software does not add anything new. He returns to the 3nd Haut-Beyleron card (French-inspired) which will be available at launch and on invitations to influencers (Silver Partner) to try the demo at Giants premises.
Here is a few points of the main information mentioned in the podcast:
- The weight of the vehicles and tools will be taken into account in the modulation of the sounds (in particular in the increase in Revolutions / Min. Of the engines according to the tools attached)
- There will be the option to activate or not to exceed the default loading limit of the skips to optimize your journeys.
- FS19 mods will not be directly compatible with FS22 because there will be changes especially in terms of sound management
- The sound management utility will probably be available for the modding community.
- There will be a sort of labyrinth in the Elm Creek map and in all the maps there will be “hidden” items to collect to reward you in your exploration.
- The graphics shown during Gamescom were not final and will be further improved (better shadows and different lighting depending on the season). Moreover, the influencers who were able to try the game at Giants were able to see different lighting conditions from the trailer.
- The mappers will be able to integrate the management of the weather and the cultural program directly into their map.
- The Season Pass will have its normal price from November 22, 2021, by then it is available at a reduced price. Either way, it will be cheaper than buying all the DLCs that will be released in the first year separately.
