In a recent email to its users, GeForce NOW announced a major update regarding its free subscription, starting March 5, 2024. This update aims to improve the experience of free users by reducing download times. This means that up to two minutes of advertising video messages will be played in the queue before the start of each free game session.
The objective of this initiative is to maintain the quality of the free service while offering a smoother experience to users. In exchange for a few minutes of ads, players will enjoy reduced wait times and a more enjoyable gaming experience.
For those who prefer to avoid ads, GeForce NOW offers Priority and Ultimate subscriptions. These premium subscriptions not only offer an ad-free experience, but also additional benefits such as RTX-quality graphics, blazing-fast gameplay access, and longer gaming sessions.
The Ultimate subscription, in particular, offers advanced features such as high resolutions and frame rates in the Cloud, up to 4K at 120 frames per second or even 240 frames per second with Reflex technology for ultra-low latency.
As part of this update, users can view an updated End User License Agreement today. This measure is intended to ensure a clear understanding of the terms and conditions related to the use of the GeForce NOW service.
