GIANTS Software is organizing the third tournament of the fifth season of the Farming Simulator League (FSL). The competition will take place on September 16 and 17. Streamed in English and German on YouTube, Twitch and Facebook, the elimination competition pits teams of three players against each other in an eSport duel.
Spectators wishing to go to the other side of the looking glass and participate in the competition are welcome: newcomers can register on fsl.giants-software.com and win a share of the season 5 prize pool, amounting to $200.000.
First online competition for Farming Simulator 22
FSL Season 5 began this summer with two physical events. The HELM team, sponsored by HELM AG, won the competitions of the FarmCon, the annual event of GIANTS Software, and the gamescom, the largest video game show.
This weekend, all teams will have to demonstrate their talent and skills in the very first online tournament of Season 5.
Collect, assemble the balls and earn points
FSL is a team competition that requires coordination and strategy. Before the match begins, players on each team must choose which vehicles will be available during an exclusion phase called Ban & Pick. Some members, and sometimes even all members of a team, must change machines during the tournament: harvester, baler, tractor, cart or truck.
Teams of three compete for 10 minutes with the goal of getting the most points by harvesting wheat, assembling bales and delivering them to the barn. This weekend, the competition will start at 10 a.m. and will be broadcast on the official GIANTS Software channels.
