No i won't tell you about April Fool's Day (Hardcore Mode) where many players have fallen into the trap, but the recent update and the support (finally) of new maps via the steam workshop.
Saber Interactive has just unveiled an update to Spintires MudRunner on PC that adds Steam Workshop support for maps. Players will therefore be able to download and upload their creations via Steam Workshop, in the same way as for vehicles. By launching Steam, you will therefore find 2 updates: one for the game, and one for its publisher.
If you need help learning how modding tools work, here is the official guide. It will teach you how to do both map mods and vehicle mods. Another great community guide, in English, made by Torridon88, can be found on Steam.
