Toxic Dog, the indie development team behind Ranch Simulator, has released an update for Ranch Simulator. The long-awaited shotgun is finally available provided you complete a new quest with a new NPC: the hunter. This rifle deals more damage than the classic revolver left behind by your grandfather at the start of the game.
Although the gameplay is sandbox-like, a dozen side quests now allow players to earn money easily. Varied, new NPCs will ask you to bring them ingredients, hunt unwanted animals or even go on a treasure hunt.
A well-stocked roadmap
And the developers, who keep their promise with each announcement, unveil a roadmap until September 2022. And the game will still undergo beautiful changes. Starting with an update scheduled for the end of May, which should fix some bugs, improve the gameplay according to the expectations of the community, such as a better balance of the weather or the possibility of selling vehicles.
But it is at the end of July that things will move on the ranch, since the farmers will be able to raise goats, but also become beekeepers. You will be able to repatriate your animals via a new livestock truck which takes place in the shop alongside a fuel tank to avoid going back and forth to the pump. And to accelerate the development of your farm, a bank will give you the possibility of making loans… which you will of course have to repay.
The update at the end of September will give Ranch Simulator a Farming look since it will finally be possible to produce your own crop such as wheat, in addition to gardening and greenhouse production. And what would a beautiful farm be without its tractor. We do not ignite all the same, there is no question here of having the wide range of hardware of the game from Giants Software. The red tractor proposed in Ranch Simulator is, according to the first captures, very basic. And no other screenshots came leaked from other harvesting gear. Wait and see… but it looks pretty good.
