The PS Vita is a remarkable portable console. Able to display feeds coming from a PS3 or a PS4, it is the ideal companion to play Farming Simulator under the duvet. But there is a catch. The PS4 version lags far behind the PC version, either graphically or compared to the mod catalog. Here is a video which shows you that it is quite possible to stream your PC on the small Sony laptop.
In the idea, here we are going to pass the console for an nVidia Shield. So we need an nVidia card, the utility GeForce Experience, and of course, a PS Vita.
Hack your PS Vita
Indispensable prerequisite, the Vita must be hacked. This is not easy, especially if you update Sony, which blocks new jailbreak possibilities every time. If cracking your console in hard becomes too complicated and risky, breaking it down in soft is much easier and without risk thanks to the Hencore utility. I invite you to follow the tutorial on the Custom Protocol site for this purpose:
Moonlight usurps the nVidia Shield
Second step, pass the PS Vita for an nVidia Shield console. Here again we will go through a utility, also available on Android: Moonlight. You can get the latest version on the software's GitHub: https://github.com/xyzz/vita-moonlight/releases
For the rest, I invite you (again) to follow this other Custom Protocol tutorial which will explain how to correctly install moonlight (do not take its application file, instead take the latest version as indicated above):
If you have carefully followed all of these instructions, you should be able to launch any game on your console. Last precision, to add a game manually on the GeForce Experience, you have to go to the settings and choose "add". All you have to do is find the executable of your game.
Otherwise there is Farming Simulator 14, 16 and 18 in the huge PS Vita catalog.
