The Nothing Phone (2a) promises exceptional performance with the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro processor

Nothing, a London-based technology company, recently announced that its upcoming phone, the Phone (2a), will be powered by a custom Dimensity 7200 Pro processor, developed in partnership with MediaTek. This cutting-edge chipset offers a unique combination of cutting-edge performance and power efficiency, providing an optimal user experience.

The Nothing Phone (2a) processor, built on TSMC's second-generation 4nm technology, promises unprecedented processing power with minimal power consumption. Thanks to its 8 cores and a clock speed of up to 2,8 GHz, combined with a RAM of up to 20 GB thanks to RAM Booster technology, the phone guarantees exceptional fluidity and responsiveness even when intensive multitasking. 18% higher performance and 16% increased battery energy efficiency are claimed compared to its predecessor.

At the same time, Nothing introduces Smart Clean technology, allowing the Phone (2a) to maintain peak performance over time by regularly cleaning fragmented files, ensuring consistently fast read and write speeds. With the Phone (2a), speed and responsiveness will always be there, even after several years of intensive use. To be continued…

The Phone (2a) launch event “Fresh Eyes” will take place on March 5 at 12:30 p.m. live on nothing.tech/pages/event.
