We continue in the series of food or fertilizer manufacturing on the farm. Today we are interested in a mod that allows to produce the total mixed ration in Farming Simulator 19, but without a mixer.
MischFutterProduction is its German name or “Mixed feed production with grass” on the English version of Modhoster. Under this extended name hides a feed production silo for your cattle. It works autonomously, just feed it with grass, straw, and silage. The ration is prepared respectively with the proportions 25% / 25% / 50%.
The idea is good and will satisfy large farms. Rather than preparing X times the ration in the mixer, it will suffice to come and collect the feed with a large trailer to empty it directly into the cow trough. This will simplify the life of more than one virtual farmer, especially since this silo can hold up to 2.500.000 L! Small problem however, the mod is still in development, and the terrain warping does not seem to work correctly. Therefore, it is advisable to prepare a very flat piece of land to avoid worries. You have been warned!
