Nordfriesische Marsch is a map with the great plains and multiple points of sale, which saw the light of day on FS 15. On Farming simulator 17, it was very popular with players, and counts, for example, on Modhoster.de over 86000 downloads. What to expect on version 19?
At first glance, the great plain style of northern Germany is still very much present. The map has all the basic features of the game, like the mission system, but does not have a factory that allows the processing of raw material. Rather focused on breeding, the map has no less than 34 fields, 14 of which are in meadows.
At the start of your career, you only own the land on your farm. The cheapest cultivable plot costs € 56.832 and the most expensive, € 1.341.000! "Bug, that costs an arm!" I said to myself when I saw that. Nordfriesische Marsch also has forests. You will be able to develop your forestry operations in no less than 10 wooded areas.
When it comes to equipment when starting a game, it's a bit tight. We start with a John Deere 6135M, a Rostselmash 330 and its 5m cutter bar, 2 Agroliner 21.000 L skips and some other tools like a solid fertilizer spreader, a 3m plow or a self-loading wagon. The tools are numerous but small in relation to the work in view: it may be long. Conversely, for the hangars, we are well served. The farmyard accommodates 3 medium sized and one very large. And if all this space is still insufficient, go and sympathize with the managers of the points of sale: many of them have unoccupied hangars. The main concession is identical to that of the Fellsbrunn map, with a few decorative elements.
Let's take a look around the dealership, on some maps we find internationally renowned dealerships for example Fendts, John Deere etc…. Here the mapper remained neutral, he took over the building from the base maps "FELSBRUNN" and he added some decoration. Note that the 3D base maps are of very good quality, this choice can be perfectly justified. There is one point which is a bit of a shame, the commercial area is very large, decorations have been added, the access doors also allow the passage of large vehicles and when we buy the vehicles are outside .
For a map of this size, it is a shame not to find some scripts, especially with regard to the raw material processing points. Those of the FS17 version have been replaced by simple points of sale. The orchard located in the northeast of the map becomes totally useless.
Strong point of this map:
- Large spaces
- No error in the Giants Editor console
- No LOG error
Points to review:
- The height difference of some roads is too great.
- 3Ds that are getting older.
- Lack of vegetation
- Materials available not adapted to the size of the fields
