It's a script, so exit the consoles. The mod was expected from day one of the game's release, Wopster didn't waste a minute and re-adapted the “Manually Attach” mod for FS 22. As the name suggests, it requires you to manually attach / detach. tools and trailers.
When attaching a tool, the script forces the tool to stay in the lowered state. There are some exceptions made for front loaders, skidders, excavators, telehandlers, combines and hook lifts. You can still attach and detach these tools from inside your vehicle. Note: Connection hoses and PTO still need to be attached manually for these tools. To be able to detach the tool, it must first be lowered! Before unhitching the tool, also check that the PTO and connecting hoses are disconnected.
Functioning
Connect / disconnect the power take-off: Press the W button to couple / disconnect the PTO. Keep in mind that a tool needs a power take-off, otherwise it cannot be started!
Connect / disconnect the connection hoses: Hold the W button (for a short time) to attach / detach the connecting hoses.
In the absence of connected connection pipes, the following situations may occur:
- You will not be able to control the hydraulics (e.g. moving parts, folding, etc.)
- You won't be able to use the lights.
- Your trailer will be braked by the air circuit.
The mod can be deactivated in the options. It is therefore not necessary to delete it to no longer use it.
