Woodland Games and Team17 Digital have announced that medical horror simulator Autopsy Simulator will come to PC in 2024. Originally announced in 2022, this first-person horror experience will allow players to take control of a medical examiner battling his inner demons while performing autopsies in the 1990s. A release date will be revealed soon.
In Autopsy Simulator, players will study realistic case files, created in collaboration with real-world forensic practitioners, to guide their examinations and dissections. Using medically authentic tools and procedures, players will learn everything they can about the deceased before unraveling the mystery of their death.
In the independent story mode, Dead Memories, players will delve into the story of Jack Hanman. After his life takes a turn for the worse, Jack must confront his inner demons while carrying out a series of grisly post-mortem procedures in this narrative psychological horror experience.
