The new update 0.17 is finally available! A small step in the version numbering, but a quite simply huge update in functionality.
The 1963 Gavril Bluebuck joins the growing and diverse list of vehicles, comprising 33 ride variants. Hydraulic suspensions are also making their appearance. Additionally, the developers have dramatically improved the warping behavior of most vehicles in the game. You will be able to take advantage of the improved warping by rubbing against dynamic traffic now just a click away from the radial menu. There is also a dragster mini-game on the West Coast Trail.
In addition to the vehicle-related work, BeamNG has spent a lot of time and effort redesigning old levels. The East Coast, Hirochi Raceway, and the Derby Map have undergone extensive revisions to improve visual quality, gameplay, and performance. For the latter, serious performance improvements on both the CPU and GPU side, massively optimizing the rendering of vehicles and considerably improving the rendering of levels, have been made.

But wait, there is more ...
In this update you will also find experimental features:
- FlowGraph Editor: this tool allows you to create a game without needing to know LUA or other programming languages. Just click and drag the “graph nodes”. The basics of the tool work, but some bugs are still present.
- World Editor 2.0: It replaces the basic World Editor which is showing its age. This tool, dedicated to modders, should allow them to create content more simply and quickly.
For these 2 tools, the developers are waiting for the first feedback, so do not hesitate to leave your comments on the Steam sheet Game.
More and more ...
