Firefighting Simulator - The Squad: action in the shoes of a firefighter

This November 17, Firefighting Simulator - The Squad, a simulation developed by Chronos and published by Astragon is released. The game offers to experience the feeling of fighting fire up close as an active member of a fire team located in a large city in the United States.

Far from a simple management game, you are directly in the shoes of a commander and must, in addition to being on the ground, give orders to your troops during the various interventions. The 60 square kilometer map, inspired by the west coast of North America, allows you to drive the various trucks to one of the 30 intervention locations. On site, you can play solo, supported by an AI, or invite 3 other friends for parties of up to 4 players in multi. We were able to test 2 + 2 AI, the gameplay is really interesting.

The progression is based on an XP system. A wide range of tutorials allows you to seriously prepare yourself before getting into the action. Unreal Engine 4 powers Firefighting Simulator - The Squad. The graphics are attractive and the physics of the spears, water, and fire are realistic. The difficulty is progressive, ranging from a simple fire, to the famous back drafts, real explosions that occur when certain doors are opened. The survivors must also be evacuated to the ambulance.

Firefighting Simulator - The Squad is available on Steam and only on PC, at a price of 22,99 euros. It does not require an ultra powerful configuration (Intel Core i5-4440 + nVidia GTX 750 + 8 GB of RAM minimum).
