Police Simulator Patrol Officers: a new car to patrol the new district

The wait was short for this first update. “The Background Check Update” is its nickname, aka update 1.1.0, expands the map, delivers a new vehicle and equips you with a new toy.

You had already visited Patrol Officers and were looking forward to the sequel unveiled on the long roadmap published by Aesir Interactive? The first update is very fresh and respects the advertised content.

A new district

The Downtown district is the heart of the city of Brighton. The skyscrapers are lined up here one after the other and create an impressive skyline. The district consists of five wards in total: Callahan, Callahan Financial Sector, Chester, Baytown and Conway. The symmetrical layout of the streets bears witness to recent architecture.

A new car

The developers introduce a new car to your vehicle fleet, it awaits you in the parking lot: the Gladiator 6! This SUV gives a facelift and moves away a little from the traditional US cliché game with patrols rotating with semblances of Ford Crown Victoria.

A new tool

Say hello to the brand new police computer! Integrated into your car's dashboard, it allows you to perform a background check on any suspects you might encounter after checking their IDs, license plates, insurance and other items . Of course, you can also use the police computer to find out more about the vehicle itself. By the way: even on foot you will be able to use the police computer.

And since we are talking about control, know that the update 1.1.0 brings new reasons to arrest a suspect ("false license plate", and "stolen car") and a handy "reset" button allows you to get out of bad times like when you find yourself stuck between a wall and an NPC who has decided to camp.

Quickly update 1.2.0!

The changelog for update 1.1.0 is very long. It fixes an impressive number of small details and stabilizes the game before the arrival of the next update, 1.2.0, which should arrive at the end of July. Why so fast? Quite simply because it will not bring any gameplay change. Indeed, it will only be a question of translation, and we, French players, expect it with a firm footing.
