Available since October 24 on Steam, Party Maker is one more "Pinball" on the market. In this game, your main role is to run an event agency. You will have to organize parties, weddings and birthdays, festivals and some conventions. But also (WTF) a party on a Martian base.
The principle is always the same. After a tutorial phase where you are explained a few orders and where you discover your HQ, you will use a traditional computer to take the orders that arrive by email. In the meantime, you will have equipped yourself with a mop. This unfortunately sets the tone. You will have to play housekeepers a large part of your time.
Netwayé, baléyé, astiké. Kaz the always penpan.
Comes the moment of the first mission. A castle room to decorate. The missions are simple, with clear objectives to be validated in order to complete the contract. Arrived on the scene, your first task is to prepare the room. Your trusty broom cleans soil and stained glass. The magic vacuum cleaner, understand the infinite volume, sucks everything that has nothing to do on the premises: bottles, dusty curtains, trash bags... everything goes.
When everything shines, comes the time for a break. A break to contemplate the sets, which are quite well done and which benefit from fairly realistic lighting (Thanks Unity). A quick glance at the terms of the contract to know what there is to place, tables, chairs, balls, flags, etc. And here we are, expressing our creativity, because that's when the player is free. The room is yours. It's up to you to place the elements like a pig in 30 seconds or spend hours placing each decoration down to the millimeter.
In addition to decoration, there are sometimes special tasks to do in the game. For example, to organize a village festival, you will have to prove "that you feel the soul of the countryside" chasing after pigs or driving a tractor.
