Un new Farming Simulator 22 blog post has just appeared, accompanied (finally!) by a trailer on the different animals that will animate your virtual farms.
This new blog entry is mostly visual. You can see the animals a little closer until you see their hair or feathers. The animations are more complete and more realistic. Bees make a brief appearance as do wild animals (which shouldn't be looked at too closely).
Not yet convinced? Giants gives 10 good reasons to have on your farm:
● They make your farm more lively
● They diversify your agricultural experience
● They generate additional income in various ways
● They give you something to do during the winter
● They produce resources for production chains, such as eggs
● They produce manure - a cheap organic fertilizer
● They allow you to discover the territory on horseback
● They can increase the yield of your crops (more on this soon) and…
●… they give you a reason to put on a beekeeper's outfit
● They are cute and fluffy - especially sheep.
Happy jokes. We are still waiting for information about the breeding itself. Will we be able to diversify the rations for our cows without going through mods? Will we be able to manage the reproductions? Are the capacities of the troughs always proportional to the number of animals? Are the horses going to be able to eat anything other than oats (they love beets too…)? Will that damn dog finally bring the ball back? Because the sheep could have 5 legs, it is the way of raising them that interests us, the players.
While waiting for other more complete information, if there is any, you will be as happy to learn as the bales of straw or of hay to have several sizes from now on. This is a great thing, which, once again, will save us from having to resort to mods.
