Baltic (Baltija, or Baltic - cash train on the Steam workshop) is a 1024 × 1024 map not necessarily complex but full of unpleasant surprises… for player progression.
To test this map, I used 2 well-known vehicles: the Suzuki Samurai, a crossing beast capable of going anywhere, ideal for reconnaissance, and the Next RSK 2.0, a utility truck with a super grip and good traction. Baltic offers you to evolve by the sea in marshy terrain but where the vehicles are progressing quite well overall. The great difficulty of this map comes from these 4 sawmills to deliver and its garage blocked by default.
At startup, no viewpoint is unlocked and the PDA is black. This is where a Suzuki Samurai type vehicle should be used. On your first visit to the map, you will find that it is full of traps. Several vehicles are lying in strategic places, blocking your passage. In addition, 2 bridges need to be repaired with planks that you will first have to fetch with a crane machine. Here you can, why not, use the Next RSK 2.0, even if there are trucks more suitable for this kind of task.
You will understand, this scripted map offers gameplay a little parallel to the classic delivery of logs. In simplified mode, we can still qualify it as difficult. Be careful, during our test, we had some crashes. Fortunately, the game resumes where the game crashed.
