The Ferrari Esports Series is back for its fourth edition in April. The show still takes place behind the wheel of Ferrari on Assetto Corsa Competizione.
Ferrari has announced the return of the Ferrari Esports Series for 2023, which began last Thursday, April 6 on the FerrariEsports Twitch channel. This year, for the first time, the competition is open to the Asia-Pacific region, with local territories competing in their own heats before facing off against winning riders from Europe and North America.
The Ferrari Esports Series is a six-month racing tournament which brings together simulation pilots from Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region for a chance to compete in the Grand Finals on October 12. Drivers will battle it out on Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione for the title of Ferrari Esports Series 2023 champion and the chance to secure their spot on the Scuderia Ferrari Esports team.
The full racing season will be streamed on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook.
The event therefore began on April 6 with the kick-off show before the start of the qualifications:
- Qualif 1 – Thursday July 20.
- Qualif 2 – Thursday August 24.
- Qualif 3 – Tuesday September 12.
- Asia-Pacific Regional – Saturday, September 23.
- North America Regional – Sunday, September 24.
- Regional Europe – Saturday September 30.
- Grand Finals Pre-Show – Wednesday, October 11.
- Grand Final – Thursday, October 12.
