He won't be walking around with a wand under his arm, but Police Simulator Update 1.2 makes your agent multilingual. Nine new languages to be precise including French. This should make the game easier to learn.
Today's update 1.2.0 doesn't just add new languages - no, there's more. Developers, who had unveiled the complete roadmap of the game, also delivers a long list of fixes, global improvements and new features. The biggest change is in Focus mode, which can now be used while sitting in the squad car. This way you can now focus on the passing cars to get intuitive information about the different violations.
Now you can park on the side of the street and focus on passing cars, just like in real life. If a car is in violation, a message will be displayed and you can immediately follow the car, ask the driver to park and do your check.
There is still a lot of work to be done at Aesir Interactive before releasing version 2.0, but the game, still in Early Access, is starting on a solid footing and no longer has major concerns. As a reminder, this long-awaited future update will notably bring co-op multiplayer.
