You remember Jail Simulator ? Nope ? It's normal. The Baked Games SA title, even if it turned out to be fun (at least 30 minutes), is not a game that will remain etched in our memories forever. Never mind, PlayWay has just announced a porting the game to VR, a story of messing up the prison and beating anyone who doesn't want it.
It's GameBoom VR, to whom we owe the excellent Cooking Simulator and Thief Simulator in virtual reality version, which takes care of the port, which only bodes well. In itself, the game is not bad, but we quickly go around. Unfortunately, the gameplay too often boils down to fights. In VR, enforcing order may be a little different, and, with a helmet on your head, you're not sure you're looking to take punches.
A trailer is present on the Steam page, which informs of a release in 2023, in which we can see a rather interesting level of interaction with the decor. You just have to see the guard playing with his truncheon to understand that you have a certain freedom.
In short, Prison Simulator VR will be playable on PCVR, PS VR2, Quest 2, Pico Neo 3 and Pico 4.
