Second video on Real Farm, let's take a look at an essential crop: corn. To cultivate the yellow seed, of course, you have to prepare your soil. Plow, cultivator, irrigation and insecticide are essential, even if the very frequent rain takes care of the soil moisture. The sowing phase is complicated. Blame it on the field bordered by rocks and trees. The maneuvers are difficult, so much so that we end up sowing the plot by making a snail. The term "Real" in the game then loses some of its luster.
The culture then begins to grow… and it takes a long time! Once mature, you can start silage. Equipped with a forage harvester and a trailer, the flow comes out of the chute jerkily. It's ugly, no more and no less. With the trailer full, don't expect to store or even tamp your crop. Here, this culture is made to be sold… in order to buy food from the merchant. A nonsense that we would have done well. As for the hype, I didn't even manage to realize it. There is nothing in the game to indicate at what stage it should be harvested with a threshing machine.
For the next video, in the same genre, we will come back to the cultivation of grass, again catastrophic.
