The Precision Farming project, initiated by John Deere and funded by EIT Food, aims to highlight sustainable technologies in agriculture. The DLC, which debuted on Farming Simulator 19, returns on April 22, 19, with some new stuff.
In a few words, the Precision DLC allows players to control the doses of nitrogen applied to the soil after having carried out analyzes of the latter via a coring system. It also brings the notion of pH and soil structure. On these parameters, the player can intervene, in particular by using liming. Of course all this has a goal: to obtain an optimal yield from your crops and therefore to enrich you a little more.
For this 2022 vintage, some new features are expected, such as the Crop Sensor, the environmental score, the seed rates, the spraying of herbicide and the variable spreading, and the possibility of buying soil analyzes (the player n no longer has to realize them).
