The small village is waiting for a new farmer, he is waiting for you. Will you succeed in developing agriculture on a large scale in a small space?
This card offers:
– 1 km² of surface area
– 26 fields (including 4 meadows), 6 purchasable wooded areas and 3 building plots.
– A farm already placed in the village with a stable and a henhouse
– A cow barn with integrated slurry tank and support for the “Animals that graze” mod (PC only)
– All farm decorations can be sold via build mode
– A BGA that can be sold in its entirety
– Many ground and plant textures in construction mode (including fields)
– A total of 19 production and sales stations
– Lumber containers from the Platinum expansion can be sold at the sawmill.
– Support for iron ore (can be purchased at the Farmers Market) and long boards for Platinum Expansion productions
– Two distributors for consumer goods
– Two service stations for diesel, methane and electricity
– A pond for water sampling
– Slurry tanks can charge water at the water trigger (not at the pond level)

Indices:
– Walls, gates, fences, hedges or borders already placed at the start can only be sold by the player with ID 1.
– Large bushes on the construction site to the northeast and southwest can be removed with a mulching machine.
– You can remove borders on the terrain in different locations by clicking on the “Demolish” button in the construction menu.
– After purchasing the BGA, you must save and load the game save once to be able to cover the compacted shredded material.
