Let's start with a little trip back in time. We are located near Lake Tegernsee next to an old farm. The building was first built around 1870. At that time, the peasant family and servants, such as a maid and a servant, were in the yard. All work was done by hand or with animals. Almost 100 years later, in 1949, the first tractor was purchased. Subsequently, renovations and transformations followed to preserve the building.
The building is essentially divided into three parts: the farmhouse, the shed and the hay barn.
The house is furnished inside and almost already shows an idyllic farm character.
The shed offers two passages in which a harvest hitch (tractor with two trailers) can easily be accommodated. It is also used for storing straw and hay. Up to 6 balls can be safely placed on top of each other. With more bales, the roof beams are a bit cluttered.
The barn can accommodate 36 breeding cows. Formerly very widespread, it is today only used in winter.
Like every day, the cows are milked twice. Morning and evening. To do this, a milking installation is used. These were an advancement in dairy farming in the 1960s and 1970s, when they replaced bucket installations. The advantage is obvious: the milk no longer comes into contact with the stable and thus retains its taste. This was the most common milking facility before being replaced by milking stands.
A look into the milking chamber shows the necessary milking tools and the Large Tank. This can either be taken home or sold directly to the dairy factory.

– Daily maintenance: €150
– Integrated silo system with two bunkers for filling:
-> Before that, the blue fan must be in place to be able to recline.
-> To increase the fun of the game, you can switch between bunkers inside the building.
-> unloading takes place in the passage under the pipe.
-> The AI assistant can only load the silo. For people loaded into the building, I decided against it, because there are usually vehicles there anyway, or the building is also very narrow.
-> So that the aid does not get stuck, I recommend disassembling the fan here, so that the aid does not get stuck on it.

-> feeding in the barn, at the front
-> To open the upper doors, go left or right of it.
- Workshop :
-> is located in the passage of the building.
– Bank (350€):
-> The bench includes the sleep trigger and the wardrobe trigger.

– Chicken coop only available as decoration.
