Patch 12 arrived at the end of December on the SnowRunner Public Test Server. This update corresponds to the beta of Phase 3. It brings 2 new vehicles, a new environment, and a new (old) activity.
"Gone are the days when the Simulagri team played on SnowRunner". Indeed, it is difficult to give you news on a game that could no longer be launched. The previous update broke all of our SnowRunner Public Test Server installations. This patch 12 was therefore eagerly awaited, but we are still unable to launch a multiplayer game on some of our installations. Nothing serious in any case since this test server is precisely there to detect bugs and correct them.
Back to basics
Too bad, we were dying to explore the new environment of this Phase 3 update: Wisconsin, which comes with 2 maps, Black Badger Lake and Grainwoods River. We find here what made the strength of MudRunner. Muddy passages but especially rocks to cross in trial mode. The sensations are there, even if some vehicles seem to have too much rebound. The lighter ones are literally thrown and flipped if you go a little too fast over small rocks. But again, this is beta.
Back to basics 2
Were you in need of logs to transport? Not for a long time, Phase 3 relaunches the wood transport activity, not only for the 2 new maps, but also for the existing maps. And to carry out these new missions, 2 heavy goods vehicles are appearing at the local dealership: the International Paystar 5600TS and the BOAR 54318.
