Click on "Use backlight" to turn on your LEDs.
Click on “Save settings” to save your programming. Go to "Additional configuring of zones" and in this tab you will have the possibility to change some settings. I'll let you look at my own settings to get a good base, but it's up to you to fine-tune them according to your needs.
Don't forget to save!
The AmbiBox software does not only offer you an Ambilight system. With one click you have the possibility to change the modes. Four lighting modes are available. The [Software] Screen capture mode: this mode is used for the Ambilight function. [Software] Static background mode: this mode is used to light your LEDs continuously, with your favorite color. [Software] Dynamic background mode: Thanks to this mode, your lighting will constantly change color. The [Software] Color music mode: this will make your lighting react according to the music (see screenshot below).
To turn off your LEDs, go to the "show hidden icons" pane. You will find a small icon that represents a rainbow. Double click below and your LEDs go out. Conversely to turn it back on.
You have all the parameters in hand for your installation with an Ambilight system. The material used is not a big brand, but the result is there. I am far from being an expert in Ambibox software, but I share my knowledge on the subject with you. Some of you may have used other methods or even other software, but what matters is the end result.
